Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery time within Canada is 1-5 business days. Shipping to the United States is dependent upon the time it takes for your order to clear customs.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number via the My Account page and through email. If you cannot locate your tracking number, please contact us.

Notice: We do not provide refunds in the event that your customs office charges you duty on your order.

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (we do not reimburse shipping costs).
